Winning-at-Losing programs Options

CHOICES TO MEET YOUR BUDGET AND SCHEDULE

Choose what works for you:

    Online group or private one-on-one meetings.

    Program length depends on your weight loss goals.

    Fee is based on number of meetings and your weight loss goals.

    Meeting times morning, afternoon and evenings.

    Meet weekly for one hour with your same small group (up to 8) and facilitator with additional time for larger groups (9 plus).

    Members earn rewards for future program discounts.

All programs include meeting with the same facilitator and participants when in a small group.  Weekly, you will privately weigh-in, give your personal check-in, “M-a-p” your week ahead and discuss the topic for the week.
