Hi there, I am Jo-Anne Fondyga. I’m a nutritionist and the founder of Winning-at-Losing, a life-changing international program that helps those who struggle with weight loss to lose the weight and keep it off for good.

Laurel is a certified Personal Trainer with over 20 years of experience. . . tirelessly working with clients to achieve their fitness and nutrition goals.
Laurel has facilitated Winning-at-Losing since January 2015 combining her two areas of expertise. Laurel saw clients have greater success with the combination of gym time and Winning-at-Losing.
Laurel is a powerful force in the gym and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. She will encourage, motive and inspire you to achieve your fitness and weight-loss goals. Her enthusiasm is contagious.
Laurel also holds certifications in Precision Nutrition, ACE Weight Management Specialist and Health Coach. She has the experience and education in both fitness and nutrition to help you lose weight for good.
Laurel is inspired daily by her husband and their two sons, who are also involved in fitness. In her free time, Laurel likes to travel, read and spend time with family and friends.

Keri knows first-hand that Winning-at-Losing is a very balanced program. She knows how you will lose weight and keep it off because she herself participated in a Winning-at-Losing group following the recommendation of her Personal Trainer, Laurel Monteil.

Mary Ann was looking for a comprehensive healthy lifestyle weight-loss program when she met Jo-Anne Fondyga. The Covid pandemic prevented her from offering in-person sessions at the gym where she works. Mary Ann offers programs online with the hope to return to in-person soon.
Mary Ann respectfully listens to each person’s needs. She asks questions to confirm your understanding, to ensure practicality and to personalize strategies to ensure greater weight loss! She guides you on ways to customize your healthy eating and lifestyle choices.
Mary Ann takes good nutrition practices down to the basics with practical strategies on how to make good choices when shopping, preparing and consuming healthy foods. She shows you how to personalize your healthy way of eating.
Mary Ann has extensively studied Nutrition science. She will simplify the science behind the Winning-at-Losing meal plans, menus and food groups. These tools are foundational plus widely used by healthcare professionals everywhere. Also, she knows the research behind support and accountability for not only weight loss but also weight maintenance. You will feel encouraged, informed and inspired.
Education: Mary Ann graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics. Her 12-month Dietetic Internship was at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas.
Experience: Mary Ann has worked as an In-Patient & Out-Patient Clinical Dietitian in Pediatrics, Weight Management, Cardiology, Endocrine, Oncology and as a Group Wellness & Weight Loss Instructor. She has completed the Certificate of Adult Weight Management.
Personal Interests: Mary Ann’s passions include keeping busy with family and friends, traveling, cooking, organizing and scrapbooking, tennis, bike riding and two Dachshunds.

Inspiration, determination and perspiration are words that perfectly describe Christine. Feel motivated as Christine shares with you her experiences and her passion for nutrition, fitness and her own weight management journey.
Christine found her way to facilitating Winning-at-Losing programs from her own weight loss journey starting in January 2015. The following January, Christine celebrated losing 60 pounds to reach her chosen healthy weight. To this day, Christine continues to work to manage her weight with all of life’s challenges.
